Beste leden van de Nederlandse Bartenders Club, Het is weer zover! We kondigen met trots het officiële Nederlands Kampioenschap Cocktail Shaken 2025 aan: dé nationale cocktail- en longdrinkcompetitie voor professionele bartenders.

Zoals eerder vermeld, zullen onze nationale wedstrijden vanaf 2026 plaatsvinden tijdens de Horecava. Maar voordat het zover is, wijken we nog één keer uit om de beste bartender van Nederland te vinden.

📍 Locatie: ISAAC Academy, Amsterdam

🏆 Hoofdprijs: De winnaar zal Nederland vertegenwoordigen tijdens de eerste European Cocktail Championship 2025 van de IBA!

Deze prestigieuze internationale competitie vindt plaats van 26 t/m 30 oktober 2025 aan boord van het cruiseschip Costa Favolosa, met als bestemmingen: Genua (Italië) – Barcelona (Spanje) – Marseille (Frankrijk)

Een unieke cocktailcruise dus, en jij maakt kans om daarbij te zijn!

Belangrijke informatie

In de bijlage vind je de Rules & Regulations. Lees deze goed door. Dit jaar zullen we strenger jureren op:

• De technische uitvoering
• Het visuele uiterlijk van de cocktail

We zoeken een echt showstuk – dus geen cocktail uit je dagelijkse barshift.

Werken met sponsors

Na inschrijving krijg je per te maken drankje twee gesponsorde merken toegewezen die je verplicht moet gebruiken. Daarnaast dien je zoveel mogelijk te werken met de producten uit de sponsorlijst (deze vind je terug in de R&R). Wil je een specifiek product gebruiken dat niet op de lijst staat? Dat mag, mits het niet concurrerend is met onze sponsoren.

Wil je meedoen? Schrijf je in door contact met mij op te nemen via e-mail of WhatsApp. Na aanmelding hoor je welke merken aan jou zijn gekoppeld.

We hopen op een groot en sterk deelnemersveld. Mis deze kans niet – en wie weet vaar jij straks de Middellandse Zee over als Nederlands kampioen!

Dear members of the Dutch Bartenders Club, The time has come! We are proud to announce the official Dutch Cocktail Shaking Championship 2025 – the national cocktail and longdrink competition for professional bartenders.

As previously mentioned, starting from 2026, our national competitions will take place during the Horecava trade show. But before that, we have one final edition in a different location to find the best bartender in the Netherlands.

Important Information

Please find the Rules & Regulations attached. Read them carefully. This year, we will judge more strictly on:

• Technical execution
• Visual presentation of the cocktail

We are looking for a true showpiece – not a cocktail you'd make during your daily shift.

Working with sponsors

After registration, you will be assigned two sponsored brands per drink, which you are required to use. You should also use as many products as possible from the official sponsor list (included in the R&R). Want to use a specific product not listed? That’s allowed, as long as it’s not in competition with one of our sponsors.
